The micro-reaction process independently developed by the company, as a new type of intrinsically safe chemical production process, belongs to the 19th category, "Micro-channel Automated Production Process", in the "List of Green and Low-carbon Processes in the Petrochemical Industry (2024 Edition)" of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. It conforms to the national sustainable development strategy, can promote the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry, and achieve efficient, safe, and green production of chemical products, bringing significant economic and social benefits. In particular, the micro-channel continuous reaction technology independently developed by the company was applied earlier to the continuous industrial production of isooctyl nitrate, realizing the safe, efficient, flexible, stable, and long-term operation of the ten-thousand-ton production device.
