WD-102 Conductivity improver (Antistatic Agent)

WD-102 Conductivity improver is synthesized by polyamine polymer organic compound as main agent. It can rapidly increase the conductivity of fuel oil, effectively suppress and eliminate the static electricity generated by the liquid hydrocarbon and container to eliminating the hidden danger in the process of storage, transportation and usage.

【Application】

Increasing the conductivity of fuel oil, effectively suppressing and eliminating the static electricity generated by the liquid hydrocarbon and container to eliminating the hidden danger in the process of storage, transportation and usage.

【Physical & Chemical Properties】

【Usage】

1. Using effect is closely related with oils nature and on-site production process in addition to its own nature, test should be down to ensure addition and configuration plan for stability oil properties.

2. Recommended addition is between 0.5 and 5 mg/kg in most fuels. the added amount is adjustable according to fuel sensitivity and performance objectives of fuels.

3. WD-102 Conductivity improver is pumped into oil pipeline for blending homogeneity in proportion from the side line by proportional pump.

4. In order to avoid fouling blockage, additive tank and pipeline should be cleaned with diesel oil or aromatic solvent (prohibiting the use of water, alcohol and acetonitrile and other hydrophilic solvents) after finishing additives.

【Attentions】

1. Comply with the relevant safety regulations in the plant, keep away from heat and fire source during operation;

2. Detailed examination to the pipeline and equipment before addition to ensure cleaning pipeline equipment;

3. Avoiding mixing with strong oxidant because of being unclear the interaction between the diesel cleaning agent with other chemicals.

4. Corresponding protective measures when operation because of cleaning agent slight irritation. If the liquid contact sensitive surface (mucosa eyes, location, scratch), the area should be washed with plenty of water.

【Package and Storage】

1. The transportation, packaging, storage and delivery of the products are carried out according to SH 0164.

2. Drum Packaging, Net Weight 20kg/drum or 170kg/drum.

3. The storage stability in closed container is 24 months.

4. Keeping away from fire, stored in cool and dry environment.
