The main component of WD12 - 501 Diesel Cetane Number Improver is 2 - Ethylhexyl nitrate. It can effectively increase the cetane number of diesel. During the combustion process of diesel, this improver provides free radicals, which initiate oxidation chain reactions. This significantly reduces the activation energy for the spontaneous combustion of diesel, shortens the ignition delay period of diesel, enhances the spontaneous combustion performance of diesel in diesel engines, improves the cold - start performance of engines, and reduces combustion noise and pollutant emissions from diesel engines.

 4.Usage and Dosage

1. At room temperature, use a metering pump to inject the improver into the diesel pipeline from the side - line according to the metered amount, or directly pump it into the oil tank and mix it evenly. You can also design the dosing route according to your own equipment conditions.

2. The dosage varies depending on the composition and properties of the base oil. The recommended dosage is 200 - 2000 ppm (the actual dosage should be determined through tests).

3. Do not heat this product during use. Keep it strictly away from heat sources and fire in the usage environment.

 5.Packaging and Storage

1. It is packed in 208L iron drums or in tanks. Store it in a cool and dry place.

2. The shelf - life is 24 months.
