WD12 - 101 Diesel Pour Point Depressant  

 1.Product Description  

WD12 - 101 Diesel Pour Point Depressant is compounded from ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, other copolymers, and added synergistic additives. Based on differences in molecular weight and structure, a series of products have been developed. It can rapidly reduce diesel’s solidification point, effectively refine wax crystals, lower the cold filter plugging point, and further improve the low-temperature fluidity of oil products.  

 2.Applications  

As a diesel additive, it improves diesel’s low-temperature fluidity and reduces its solidification point and cold filter plugging point.

4.Usage and Dosage  

1. General dosage: 0.5‰–1‰ (add 0.5 kg–1.5 kg per ton of diesel; dosage determined via tests).  

2. Use a metering pump to inject into the diesel pipeline from the side-line by metered amount, or directly pump into the oil tank for mixing.  

3. Addition temperature should be over 10℃ higher than diesel’s cloud point.  

 5.Packaging and Storage  

1. Packed in 200L iron drums (net weight 170 kg); store in a cool, dry, ventilated environment.  

2. Shelf-life: 24 months.
