1.Product Introduction  

Oil-soluble imidazoline is synthesized via high-temperature dehydration cyclization of refined oleic acid and diethylenetriamine (hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine). Water-soluble imidazoline is prepared by modifying oil-soluble imidazoline with ethylene oxide. It is primarily used for equipment anti-corrosion in petroleum extraction and oil refining processes, effectively inhibiting corrosion of equipment caused by H₂S, HCl, CO₂, etc.

- Anti-corrosion during crude oil and natural gas extraction, gathering, and transportation.  

- Anti-corrosion for the fractionator top and condensing-cooling systems in atmospheric-vacuum distillation, fluid catalytic cracking, hydrofining, and hydrocracking units.  

- Anti-corrosion for oilfield wastewater treatment and reinjection water systems.  

- Anti-corrosion for gathering-transportation trunk lines and oil wells with high comprehensive water content and CO₂ content.

 4.Usage and Dosage  

Imidazoline acts as the basic component for preparing various corrosion inhibitors and can also be compounded with other corrosion inhibition components.  

- As a corrosion inhibitor component, an imidazoline solution (10%–25% concentration) can be prepared. The recommended dosage is 5–30 ppm, determined through experiments.  

- Double the dosage 2–3 weeks before use to form a sound anti-corrosion film on equipment surfaces, then gradually reduce to the normal dosage.  

 5.Packaging and Storage  

- Packed in 200L plastic drums.  

- Store in a cool, dry warehouse, away from fire sources. Shelf life: 24 months.
