WD04 - 301 Hydrotreating Corrosion Inhibitor  

 1.Product Description  

Sulfur-containing, nitrogen-containing, and oxygen-containing compounds in crude oil undergo hydrodecomposition to generate H₂S, NH₃, and water. H₂S-HCl-NH₃-H₂O corrosion occurs in the fractionation tower top and condensation cooling system, severely affecting equipment operation. WD04 - 301 hydrotreating corrosion inhibitor, with imidazoline as the main corrosion-inhibiting component, forms a dense protective film on metal surfaces, blocking corrosive media and ensuring safe, stable production.  

 2.Applications  

Used for anti-corrosion against H₂S-HCl-NH₃-H₂O corrosion in the air cooler of hydrotreating units and the condensation cooling system at the top of the stripping tower.

Recommended dosage: 10–30 µg/g.  

Add accurately via a metering pump into pipelines (e.g., before the air cooler and the stripping tower vapor line), using the original agent.  

 5.Packaging and Storage  

1. Packed in 200L plastic drums (or iron drums). Store in a cool, dry warehouse away from fire sources.  

2. Shelf life: 24 months.
