WD03 - 301 Coking Corrosion Inhibitor  

 1.Product Description  

Sulfur-containing, nitrogen-containing, and oxygen-containing compounds in the feedstock oil undergo high-temperature decomposition to generate H₂S, NH₃, and water. H₂S-HCl-NH₃-H₂O corrosion occurs in the fractionation tower top and condensation cooling system, severely affecting the normal operation of equipment. With imidazoline as the main corrosion-inhibiting component, WD03 - 301 coking corrosion inhibitor can form a dense protective film on the metal surface, preventing corrosive media from corroding the metal, thus ensuring safe and stable production.  

 2.Applications  

Used to inhibit corrosion of equipment caused by hydrogen sulfide and salts at the top of the fractionation tower in coking units.

The recommended dosage is 10–30 µg/g, injected from the top of the fractionation tower.  

 5.Packaging and Storage  

1. Packed in 200L plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry warehouse away from fire sources.
