WD01 - 102 Metal Passivator  

 1.Product Description  

WD01 - 102 Metal Passivator adjusts its active components according to the types and contents of harmful metals in feedstock oil and equilibrium catalysts, achieving multi-functional performance by passivating metals such as Ni, V, Fe, and Na simultaneously. It features strong adhesion, high activity, low toxicity, and reduces the carbon-hydrogen ratio.  

 2.Applications  

Used to inhibit contamination of catalysts by metals (e.g., Ni, V) in fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) units.

1. Recommended dosage: 50–100 µg/g. Adjust according to crude oil properties and metal content.  

2. Injection point: Feedstock oil pipeline before the riser pipe, entering the riser with feedstock oil.  

 5.Packaging and Storage  

1. Packed in 200L plastic drums. Store in a cool, dry warehouse away from fire sources.  

2. Shelf life: 24 months.
