WD02-301 Neutralizing Corrosion Inhibitor
1.Product Description
During crude oil processing, HCl-H₂S-H₂O corrosion in the fractionator top and condensing-cooling systems severely affects equipment operation. The WD02-301 neutralizing corrosion inhibitor uses imidazoline as the primary film-forming agent, compounded with organic amine, to effectively prevent corrosive media from attacking metals.
2.Applications
Designed for inhibiting HCl-H₂S-H₂O corrosion in the fractionator top and condensing-cooling systems of atmospheric-vacuum distillation and fluid catalytic cracking units.

4.Usage and Dosage
1. Recommended dosage: 10–30 µg/g.
2. Inject into the overhead vapor line of the distillation tower top via a metering pump. Monitor wastewater iron ion content ≤3 mg/L.
5.Packaging and Storage
1. Packed in 200L plastic drums. Store away from fire sources in a cool, dry warehouse.
2. Shelf life: 24 months.
