WD03 - 101 Coking Defoamer  

 1.Product Description  

WD03 - 101 coking defoamer effectively eliminates foam generated by oil - gas in delayed coking units, significantly improving coke removal rate and coke quality in coking drums while stabilizing coking drum operations. Its extremely low silicon content ensures no adverse effects on subsequent hydrotreating processes.  

 2.Applications  

Used in delayed coking units to eliminate foam in coke drums.  

 3.Technical Specifications  

Recommended dosage: 5–30 µg/g. Inject the defoamer via a metering pump before the four - way valve of the coking drum feed line, allowing it to enter the coking drum with bottom feed or quench oil.   

 5.Packaging and Storage  

Packed in 200L iron drums. Store in a cool, dry warehouse away from fire sources. Shelf life: 24 months.
