1.Product Description  

The nano-scale polymer microspheres (polyacrylamide-based) for profile control and flooding are synthesized via inverse microemulsion polymerization. This product resists high temperature and high salinity, featuring “injectable, blockable, and movable” characteristics. As these microspheres enter the formation with injected water, they gradually expand, deform, and accumulate in the deep water-washed zone of the reservoir. They effectively block high-permeability pore throats, alter fluid flow direction, expand the microscopic sweep volume of water flooding, achieving enhanced oil production through water flooding.

Effectively reduce oil well water production, improve uneven water absorption in injection wells, enhance the vertical sweep coefficient of injection wells, and boost the recovery rate of heterogeneous reservoirs.

Recommended dosage: 1000–2000 ppm. Use a profile control pump to inject it into the formation with injected water, then shut in the well for setting. The water control effect depends on crude oil properties and formation structure—conduct tests before use to determine dosage and application plans.

1. Packed in 25L plastic drums (net weight 25 kg) or customized per customer requirements.  

2. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: 24 months.
